Zacchaeus

And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for today I must abide at your house. Luke 19:5

My grandchildren love to sing about Zacchaeus, a wee little man, who climbed up in the sycamore tree for the Lord he wanted to see. And as the Savior passed that way, he looked up in the tree, and He said, “Zacchaeus, come down, for I am going to your house today!”

Last night, we heard a wonderful sermon about this dear, old story. We were reminded that Jesus invites each of us to come to know Him. Make haste and come to Him for He wishes to abide in your heart today.
